About Me
Hi, I'm Katey - and hospitality has always been at the heart of everything I do.
From 2020 to 2024, I managed Hillcrest Lodge (also referred to as Hillcrest Suites & Cabins), where I earned the highest guest ratings in the area on Google and TripAdvisor. Guests often told me that staying there felt like visiting friends. Many returned year after year, and more than a few asked for a hug when they checked out. Those moments meant everything to me - they showed me that genuine care never goes unnoticed.
When life shifted and I needed to work from home, I knew I didn't want to leave hospitality behind. I combined my background - a BS in Computer Science, an MS in Business Management, and a certification in Personal Concierge Services - with my passion for helping people feel welcome, supported, and stress-free.
That's how Katey's Vacation Concierge was born.
Today, I help travelers enjoy the mountains without the overwhelming pressure of planning.
